Can I book time for today? Now?
My booking window is about to expire? Can I stay an extra hour?

In most instances we can accommodate extra time. Call your scheduler as soon as possible if you think that you’ll run over. We try not to book back-to-back appointments without time between, so that we have time to clean between meetings. Can I leave and return during my appointment window?
Can I schedule recurring meetings or events?

Of course! Many of our clients will book reoccurring meeting and training sessions weekly, or monthly throughout the year. We welcome and appreciate your return business. Depending on the frequency, we may be able to offer discounted rates. Contact us @ 661.200.5530 for more information.
Since meet@metro is at street level, can I use the facility for a temporary store or pop-up shop?

Absolutely! Our street-level location provides easy access for store or pop-up shop uses. Whether it be for arts and crafts, a bake sale, or boutique items like clothing; in most cases we can accommodate. We can even assist with configuring the space for your needs. Obviously, there are some limitations on what type of store was can accommodate. Contact us @ 661.200.5530 and we’ll figure it out.
I need a temporary office space for daily use. Can you accommodate?

We can accommodate short-term reservations for temporary office space depending on availability. Keep in mind that when you book, you book the entire facility. Depending on the pattern of use that would accommodate your needs (i.e. daily, 2x week; etc.) and overall length of booking, we may allow you to keep items on premises. We’ve done this for some of our clients who were experiencing remodeling or repair work at their normal work space. Contact us @ 661.200.5530 and let’s discuss your specific needs.
Do you have high-speed internet?

Yes! Your meet@metro facility features both wireless and wired internet. Our internet speeds are; Wired – (up to 800m down/40m up) and Wireless – (up to 300m down/40m up). We have had clients that work in the film industry use our internet for digital media transfers and have been happy with our service. Contact us @ 661.200.5530 and let’s discuss your specific needs.
How big is the facility? How many people can you host?

The meet@metro facility has a meeting room size of around 600 sq. ft. and will hold up to 12-14 people comfortably, yet is still intimate enough to use as a single workspace. Keep in mind that the room configuration will impact seating capacity. Additionally, the facility has an adjacent private patio and an onsite bathroom with heating and AC that you control. What is the parking situation like for meet@metro?

Great question! meet@metro features on-street parking directly in front of the facility. We don’t generally have issues with parking. However, if hosting a large group we advise that clients have some of their guests use overflow parking in front of the Villa Metro community clubhouse – within sight of the facility. Fabulous place to host a meeting of 2 to 20 people

This is a fabulous place to host a meeting of 2 to 20 people. Mark has thought of everything to make your meeting a success from the audio/visual equipment, a stocked fridge, a coffee maker, plenty of desk space, a white board, an outdoor patio with comfortable furniture, a side area with tables for eating. Seriously you will not find a better spot to have a meeting in SCV. Looking forward to renting the room again in the near future.

Mark has it all figured out. Audio, visual, coffee bar, etc. Parking is easy, location is beautiful, it’s all done for you. Literally all you have to do is show up and get down to business.
